Vinegar & Aniseed Myrtle Slaw

A healthier take on traditional mayo-based coleslaw, which is oil-free and full of fibre from the cabbage. We’ve added Aniseed Myrtle for a delicious depth of flavour.

Ingredients

¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Aniseed Myrtle
2 tsp coarse kosher salt
¼ tsp celery seeds
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup walnuts
2 8-ounce packages coleslaw mix

Method

Whisk first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Mix in green onions and walnuts. Add coleslaw mix; toss.
