Shipping, Delivery & Returns

**Important update re COVID-19. We are doing our best to dispatch all orders received prior to 10am on the same day. All orders received after 10am will be dispatched the following day. We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to send orders while we still can.**

How much will shipping cost?

The Australian Superfood Co uses a number of couriers both nationally and internationally, including Australia Post and Couriers Please. Our delivery charges are based on weight and location and are calculated at checkout. Standard freight is not tracked. If you would like to track your order, please contact [email protected] at the time of your order.

Orders over $60 are free.
We offer $5 Express shipping.

These freight options are only available to full paid customers within Australia (not wholesale) and will not be applied with other offers. All International orders (both retail and wholesale) will incur a shipping fee. International freight will be calculated at checkout.

Please Note: All orders are dispatched by our Australia-wide courier system. Delivery to a Post Office Box is unfortunately not an option as part of this system. Free shipping is not available to wholesale customers.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa or MasterCard.

We process our credit card payments with Eway- Australia’s leading payment gateway. Your personal information is encrypted and securely processed without you leaving the security of our website.

All wholesale orders will incur a 1.5% surcharge for credit card purchases.

When will my order be posted?

Unless we tell you prior to you placing your order, your order will usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

If you are not going to be home to sign for the delivery, you will need to give us authority to leave your order without getting your signature.

If an item is unavailable for shipment on receipt of your order, we will contact you immediately before processing the remainder of your order.

Can I make returns?

We’re sure that you will fall in love with your delicious purchases the minute they arrive. In addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law, we offer the following returns policy.

Non-faulty products

In the unlikely event that you:

  1. have a change of heart; or
  2. have ordered the wrong product; or
  3. cancel your order prior to delivery, but after it has been dispatched,

You are welcome to return it (at your cost) to us, unopened and unused (unmunched), in its original unmarked condition, together with proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery of the original product to you. All you need to do is:

Once request for return is approved, return the goods purchased in their original condition and packaging with all the accessories to:

There are a few conditions that apply to this policy. They are:

  1. The 7 days run from the day the goods are delivered to the nominated delivery address. In the absence of proof, you will be deemed to have received the goods 3 days after dispatch.
  2. We will not refund the cost of freight (either to or from you).

Incorrect or incomplete orders

If the order was incorrect or incomplete, we will either (at no cost to you):

  1. replace the incorrect items with the correct items; or
  2. supply the correct items; or
  3. refund your money.

If the correct items remain available, we will give you the choice either to accept the correct items or to receive a refund for the missing item.

To make a claim, you will need to do the following:

Name, contact number, receipt of purchase, order number and reason for return.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
