Davidson Plum & Mixed Berry Smoothie

Davidson Plum has an intense, tart flavour, so a little bit of our Davidson Plum Powder goes a long way! This plum is a good source of Vitamin E and Zinc; two nutrients required for glowing, youthful skin. It’s also a dairy free source of Calcium and full of antioxidants.

Ingredients

1/2 tsp Freeze Dried Davidson Plum Powder
1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 small banana
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy free alternative like Coyo)
1/2 tsp Honey
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup water

Directions

Simply add all ingredients to a food processor, blend and enjoy! If smoothie is a bit too thick just add a bit more water and continue blending until you get the consistency you desire.
