Why we’re loving it
Kakadu Plum is considered a gift from the Dreamtime. It has the highest level of vitamin C recorded by any fruit in the world (100 times that of an orange) and is packed with antioxidants, iron and vitamin E. Studies are proving the positive effects of it’s antioxidants on cancer cell lines and it has been proven to have strong anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties. The Riberry has three times as much folate as the blueberry, a superior antioxidant capacity to the blueberry and is an excellent source of essential minerals and vitamins which are useful in keeping the immune system strong and healthy.

In traditional Chinese medicine, Gotu Kola is believed to promote longevity and it‚Äôs Chinese name means ‚Äúfountain of youth‚Äù. Yogis have used the herb to improve meditation,¬†it is said to develop the crown chakra and balance the left and right hemisphere of the brain, which the leaf is said to resemble. Gotu kola can improve your mood and memory, protect your brain from toxins and from free radical damage.
Lemon Myrtle contains the most concentrated source of citral, which has powerful antimicrobial and antifungal properties. Finger Lime has high levels of folate, Vitamin E and potassium.
