With leading notes of green cardamom and parsley, balanced with fresh citrus and Australian native Lemon Myrtle flavours. 60 ml Sapiir Spades
30 ml Pear Juice
90 ml Soda

Combine juice, Aces and a few ice cubes in a glass. Stir, fill with ice. Top with soda. Garnish with Speared pear fan.
