Puss and Mew have recently opened a small batch craft gin brand based in Melbourne’s East. Their unique gin blends are inspired by Australian botanicals which create the perfect sensory experience. In this cocktail they feature their “Signature Dry Gin” a spiced warm gin with a hint of citrus and rooty undertones, finished by the subtle sweetness of Strawberry Gum and Vanilla. This cocktail recipes is Puss and Mew’s Aussie take on the French Gimlet, with the hero native ingredient being our Desert Lime Native Syrup.


Shake hard all ingredients in a cocktail flask for 10 seconds. Single strain into chilled cocktail glass and add one drop of Australian Superfood Lemon Myrtle extract. Garnish with dehydrated lime.
