El Diablo Finger Lime Cocktail

Our new range of extracts go wonderfully in your drinking beverages including cocktails. This is our take on the El Diablo which includes our native Finger Lime extract for a zesty taste!

Method
  1. Add tequila, creme de cassis, Finger Lime extract, sugar syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake to blend, and strain into an ice-filled tall glass.
  3. Garnish with lime and fresh mint leaves.
Tips

Experiment with the recipe by using different native extracts – Kakadu Plum, Lemon Myrtle, Davidson Plum are some of our favourites!
