Riberry Jam
This Riberry jam recipe is gorgeous! The Riberry comes from the clove family and its unique flavour works beautifully in sauces, chutneys and jams such as this one! We love adding this jam to our pancakes, waffles or on some toast in the morning.
- Peel and core the granny smith apples, then roughly chop them into small pieces.
- Place the apples in a pot with the riberry powder, lemon juice, water and sugar. Slowly bring to the boil and allow to reduce, simmering for 45 minutes.
- Allow to cool and transfer to sterilised jars. Store in refrigerator and use within three months.
