Wattleseed Coffee Lemonade
Like an Australian Chinotto. This drink is sophisticated, masculine and refreshing all at the same time. The bitterness of the coffee balances perfectly with the lemon’s acidity and the nutty wattleseed adds elements of chocolate and sweet spice.
- Measure and pour gin, Wattleseed Extract, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a glass
- Fill glass completely with ice
- Top with sparkling water, leaving a space at the top
- Stir to combine
- Drizzle cold brew coffee on top
