Davidson Plum Sauce
Davidson Plum provides a tart taste and is high in Vitamin E and Zinc, two nutrients required for youthful looking skin! Add it to sauces by balancing out with something sweet and you have yourself the ultimate addition to any meal.
- Add Davidson Plum Powder to the water in a saucepan. Add sugar, cinnamon stick, wine and anise. Simmer for an hour on low heat.
- Pour through a sieve and then return liquid to saucepan and reduce by half until thick.
- Add salt and butter to taste.
- Serve in a jar to accompany roasted turkey, chicken or other meat.
