Paleo Buckini Bar

This is a great fibre rich snack you can enjoy anytime of the day. We’ve used our Lime, Coconut Macadamia Granola but of course you can use any of the three flavours from our range. You can make this a bit more decadent by drizzling some melted chocolate on top!

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (you may need to use your hands!).
  3. Line a baking tin with parchment paper.
  4. Press combined ingredients into the tin.
  5. Place tin in over and bake for 25-30 minutes.
